1. Monaco Beach
Relax at clean beach and bath in azure blue water. You can have a problem to distinguish sea from sky, the colour is almost the same.
2. Japanese garden
Recently reconstructed Japanese garden is an oasis of peace that protects you from vivid of Monaco's life.
3. Port Hercules
Port Hercules is an U shape port with most luxurious boats and yachts in the world. During Grand Prix of Monaco F1 it changes to one big party zone full of lights and loud music.
4. Prince´s Palace of Monaco
Palace is still an official residence of Prince of Monaco. Though, one part is opened to public so you can visit this place and literally travel through time. Luxurious chambers of former monarchs will impress you.
If you don´t feel like entering, you can just watch "The Changing of Guard" that takes place on the plaza in front of Palace every day at 12:55. Is an interesting "show" worth seeing.
5. Oceanographic museum
Prince Albert I – a founder of the museum, was a passionate diver and traveller. During his life he created a huge collection of natural history specimens, objects of art and ethnographic works you can admire now in this beautiful building. Come and wider your knowledge about sea life, observe life of various sea species in their aquariums, watch sharks as they dance in the big aquarium or take an opportunity to caress them! Put away your prejudice, they are not beats but playful curious animals.
6. Rock of Monaco (Rocher de Monaco)
Rocher is the oldest part od Monaco and also the location of Old Town. The atmosphere there is fantastic - narrow streets full of restaurants with delicious cousine (I recommend to choose one of them rather those in Monte Carlo), excellent overview of port and the majority of Principality, beautiful parks with seaview..You will find Cathedral, Oceanographic museum and Palace there.
7. Rosarium Princess Grace
Princess Grace was a jewel of Monaco. She was an American actress that stole a heart of Monaco's Prince Rainier III. However, her life was not as happy as one can think. As a commemoration to her tenderness and beauty, in the part of Monaco called Fontvieille is a rosarium with a huge variety of different types of roses where you can walk and smell strong sweet scent of those royal flowers.
8. Jardin Exotique
Interested in cacti and succulent plants? Jardin Exotique is the right place for you! You can relax on benches with an amazing view on Monaco and the sea. In the bottom of the garden you can visit a beautiful cave where there is evidence of prehistoric man. The visit is conducted by specialists who will take you 300 steps down to its heart.
9. Hotel de Paris
Next to Casino, you will find the oldest and the most luxurious hotel in Monaco – Hotel de Paris. When you enter the foyer, you will find yourself in times of rich aristocrats walking the hotel in their beautiful elegant dresses. Want to feel like them? Try hotel's Michelin starred restaurants or drink champagne in its bar listed on World's Best Bar Selection.
10. Casino
Monaco is a place of nobles and wealth. Both you can find in the famous Casino that is a gambling temple in the part called Monte Carlo. The flamboyant interior with bodyguards at entrance will overwhelm you. Visits are possible during all week.
If you want to try a luck and play, you have to meet particular obligations –strict dress code and a huge amount of money :).
